Commitment Alert University of Maryland Baltimore County – Claire Mitchell – 2026 – OF

Claire Mitchell commits to University of Maryland, Baltimore County to be a Retriever!! We are so excited to announce that Claire will be taking her elite OF abilities, clutch bat and speed to UMBC located in Baltimore, MD, they compete in the America East Conference. Claire is a 2026 Outfielder from Hempfield Area HS.

Claire plays on Team Pennsylvania Hall 2026, where she holds it down in the OF, making diving catches and hosing runners trying to take extra bases. Claire bats in the middle of our lineup and is clutch at the plate and speedy on the bases! Claire will be pursuing a degree in Business at UMBC!!

Claire your hard work and dedication has paid off in the biggest way, achieving your goal of playing Division I softball!!
