The Team Pennsylvania Fastpitch Organization is a family of players, parents, volunteers, teams, coaches, and alumni all working towards the goal of being the elite fastpitch organization in the State of Pennsylvania and to compete at the regional/national level with other organizations.

Team Pennsylvania Fastpitch will be successful in fulfilling its mission by:

Providing an environment to learn the game, that is safe, rewarding, and positive. An environment where girls are encouraged to challenge both their physical and mental acuity, and become better than they ever imagined.

Playing at the highest level, against the best competition, winning, and most of all, having fun.

Providing highly qualified coaching staff(s) that aspire to provide their team members with the tools and training to develop outstanding skills and an appreciation of sportsmanship – win or lose.
Providing the players with a clearly defined path to play at the collegiate level taking into consideration both the players game and academic goals.

Instill an understanding that this is only a game and is the forum we use to help our athletes mature into responsible adults.

Being thankful for the opportunities we are given by participating and sponsoring community charity events.
